The Brookwood Farm house was built in 1906 and received a complete renovation after we purchased the farm in 2006. The house was completely renovated over the year long project and now has the same type of cedar siding and roof as it did when it was built. Many energy efficient upgrades were included in the project including triple pane argon filled windows, enviromentally friendly cellulose insulation and a closed loop geothermal heat pump.
